PeelClear Dealer Marketing — Terms of Service
These terms govern the automated marketing program operated by Gray Reserve for PeelClear-Certified installers. They supplement, and do not replace, the separate Gray Reserve Master Services Agreement that applies to Gray Reserve's general client engagements.
1. What you're signing up for
By submitting the activation form at /activate and checking the consent box, you enroll your shop in the Gray Reserve PeelClear Dealer Marketing Program ("the Program"). The Program includes: a fully-branded dealer website, AI chat, lead routing, and the content, SEO, audit, and support stack specified by your chosen tier (Starter / Growth / Accelerator).
2. Automatic provisioning
Provisioning is fully automated. On submission we: (a) create your dealer record, (b) provision your site and subdomain (or bind your domain), (c) generate your first content pack, (d) stand up your AI chat with your pricing and policies, and (e) email your dashboard login. Target time to launch: under 60 minutes for standard configurations; up to 48 hours if custom photography, migrations, or integrations are required.
3. Billing
Your tier begins billing on the date your site goes live. Billing is month-to-month via Stripe. Add-ons are billed on the same cycle. Domain registration (if selected) is a separate annual charge of $25. No refunds for partial months; you keep the service through the end of any month you've paid for.
4. Cancellation
Cancel anytime from your dashboard or by emailing hello@grayreserve.com. Service continues through the end of the current billing cycle. On cancellation, we export your leads, content, and analytics and release your domain (if we registered it) back to you at cost.
5. Ownership
You own your leads, your customer data, your content, and your domain. Gray Reserve owns the platform code, the template system, and any shared content library. Published articles written specifically for your shop transfer to you on cancellation.
6. PeelClear relationship
Gray Reserve is not PeelClear LLC. The Program is offered to PeelClear-Certified installers under an independent commercial arrangement. PeelClear LLC does not guarantee, supervise, or underwrite Gray Reserve's services. Your PeelClear certification is governed separately by your agreement with PeelClear LLC.
7. Content and SEO
Blog posts and site copy are written by AI under Gray Reserve editorial review. You retain the right to request revisions or removal of any specific piece. We do not guarantee specific search rankings, lead volumes, or revenue outcomes.
8. Uptime and support
Gray Reserve targets 99.9% platform uptime. Support is via email (hello@grayreserve.com) for Starter and Growth, with priority response for Accelerator. No SLA credits are owed for outages under 4 hours.
9. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Program for content that is illegal, deceptive, or violates PeelClear brand guidelines. We may suspend service for violations, with 7-day notice except in cases of clear brand or legal harm.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms with 30 days' notice by email. If you disagree with a change, you may cancel without penalty during the notice period.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Venue for disputes: Montgomery County, Texas.
